./build/tests/ftruncroot.c missing?

According to my config.log, the test for ftruncate needing root is
trying to #include "./build/tests/ftruncroot.c".

In the copy of the SAMBA4 source that I have pulled down with rsync, the 
file "./build/tests/ftruncroot.c is not present.

As a result, configure is interpreting this as fruncate not requiring 
root, which is what is probably the case anyway.
