samba4 tests for u_int8_t and sys/bitype.h issue.

On OpenVMS, the definitions for u_int8_t, etc., are located in sys/bitype.h.

The samba4 configure process is testing for their existence with out 
including that header file early in the configure stage and creating 
replacements that are not 100% type compatible with the ones in bitype.h 
when it is included later on, either implicitly or as a result of a 
later include.

This is possibly causing configure tests to incorrectly fail.
