Pls help!! SMB Timestamp

I am not a Samba developer - nowhere close, and haven't looked at the whole
SAMBA code either. I need this really desperately so any help is most
appreciated.

I am writing an SMB emulation script and require 64-bit timestamp in the SMB
Negotiate Protocol Response packet. Please help me on how to do this through
C code. I am aware of functions in time.h but have no idea how to use them
for 64-bit timestamps.
