Can you put the GENSEC comments back?  It's just that the dance is a
little subtle, which is why I added them in the first place.

The history on the function names is much more boring, as schannel was
once handled separately, and this routine took a user/domain/password
triple, not a credentials context.  Thanks for integrating the two.
