Does this fix the situation I had with Samba 3.0.20 and cifs-vfs, where
file times as seen by the linux client are 1 hour into the future?

(I had cifs-vfs client running since before the DST transition, and
files created by 'make' were one hour in the future, causing the warning
so traditionally seen on NFS).
