I should note that the BIO replacement functions in openssl might
allow for us to use it in the Samba4 non-blocking framework, I just
didn't find it clear that it would. 

I'd be happy for someone who has expertise in this area to produce a
patch that allows us to either use gnutls or use openssl with a custom
BIO function.
