[smbd][panic][3.0.14a]

Hi All.

Today is was the first time for me to compile the source against our 
/company linux/. During the compilation, I get some warings about 
incompatibel pointer types - whats all. After the make install - no 
trouble, I want to start samba 3.10.14a but I get an error. On the 
system was the version 3.0.8 installed before. The error message is:
