As a general rule, const warnings are the only ones I ignore.
At least I check them out, and then ignore them is they are
not really legitimate.  And if I use const, I try extremely
hard to make sure it is correct.   If you can win the 'const'
war, more power to you.

Or we could just get rid of -Wcast-qual from --enable-developer.
