Looks like I did something wrong, but I can't  understand what...
I tried to compile 3.0.13 with only --with-acl-support option and it 
works OK, then I recompiled it as usual and it works too, without 
problem with renaming.
And, this is strange, but I can't reproduce problem now.

btw, vscan works OK with 3.0.13.
