make install script for Samba

In an odd sort of way, I've always considered this deliberate.  Because
these libs only work in /lib, we have a problem that we don't want to
hard-code /lib into the Makefiles, and potentially blow away system
files, or fail to install as non-root (such as the build farm testing
environment)

I think the same applies to the PAM modules.
