samba_3_0 disabled in build farm

Could have been my change - I did a stupid thing to get smbd to
print out the IP address of the connected client on disconnect
(doh ! getpeername() doesn't work too well when the client has
disconnected :-). I fixed it late yesterday (around 5pm my time).
