I wrote that email last week, but it was held up in mailman. I
unclogged mailman this morning :)

I was more concerned when the files had sole copyright assigned to
me. As I hadn't even read the code, I didn't think I should have the
attribution!

btw, is there some reason you still have my copyright on it as well? I
don't think I wrote any of the code in ldb_sqlite3.c for example. As
you have done, it is common to say "based upon the code from xxx.c by
Someone Else", but to assign copyright implies something a bit
stronger.

It's not a big issue, but occasionally I have had to spend time with
lawyers working through where code came from. Unfortunately lawyers
tend to look more at the copyright notices than using the source code
management system to find out who really wrote code. It confuses them
when the two don't match :-)
