tdb_fetch(TDB_CONTEXT, TALLOC_CTX, const char *) ?

Hi!

In Samba3 we've had a ton of memory leaks due to people not being aware that
tdb_fetch allocates memory. I'm as guilty as everyone else, right now I'm
fixing another one. Does anything speak against tdb_fetch taking a TALLOC_CTX
except that then tdb depends on talloc?
