Yeah. It's the svcctl_QueryServiceConfigW() and
svcctl_EnumServicesStatusW() calls.  In the Samba 4 idl
they just refer to a stream uint8[].  The first call
should actually be a SERVICE_CONFIG structure (see
include/rpc_svcctl.h in samba3) and the latter call
marshalls a ENUM_SERVICES_STATUS structure inside
an RPC_BUFFER just like the spoolss code.
