I really don't like having ms in the name either. msrpc is
a little long and hard to type. We could follow the smbc_XX()
convention and choose rpcc_XX() bhut that looks like a typo.
maybe cmc_XX() for "CIFS management client" or cac_XX() for
"CIFS Admistration Client). Could also be Chris' Administration
client. Or Hey! cral_XX() for Chris' remote administration library?
