add more windows xp account

How to add more windows xp's accounts to join the samba-ldap domain? Not 
using root or administrator. 

I've been try to add an user by using the following command:
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
# sudo smbldap-useradd -a -m user_name
# smbldap-passwd user_name
# smbpasswd user_name
----------------------------------------------------------------------

But when windows xp join the domain, I've got the following message:

Access denied.
