I must apologize.  I try to make it a point to read mailing list
charters *before* posting.  However, I have been under a tremendous
amount of pressure this week to learn Samba 3 in a hurry (I've been
using Samba 2 for many years now) while juggling a few other eggs, and
neglected to do it this time round.  Better still, although my eyes saw
"samba-internals," my brain (fried as it was) saw "samba-technical."
Rest assured this will not happen again.

Absolutely.  I apologize for leaving so quickly.  I typically use IRC as
a place where I can get some quick help, and reserve mailing lists for
more in-depth dialogue, and I felt that our conversation was going that
way.
