PATCH - Work around Win32 header conflicts

Hi,
After this patch its possible to get a idea where the problems
are when building for mingw without being flooded with warnings 
due to conflicts with the native headers. Please create a 
lib/replace/win32 directory for the attached header and future
replacement code.

Changelog:
undefine anything in the w32api or PSDK headers that Samba already defines
map BSD error codes to Winsock Error codes
