Oplocks vs Share Modes in Samba 3

Hi, Jeremy!

Right now I'm trying to find the reason why the handling of waiting for oplock
break requests in Samba3 is so radically different from delaying sharing
violations. Is it only history? Given that delayed share modes are now
implemented correctly wrt signing etc, why not convert the oplock code to that
mode of operation as well? To me that seems quite a bit simpler.
