Patch to make Samba PDC working with RAS servers

Onn Chee,

the patch is now officially part of the Samba source base, so you can wait
for 3.0.11pre2 (proposed release date: today) or 3.0.11-final.

Thanks Daniel,

We have not tried it yet.
Will need to set up a 3.0.11pre1 staging server for testing as the one 
which reported the problem is a production server.
