Actually we get several of the access checks wrong.
E.g. _samr_open_group().  A lot of these were masked by the
access_check_samr_function() just allowing root to pass
through even if the check failed.  I've got some time alotted
to work through srv_samr_nt.c (probably next week though and
not in time for 3.0.11pre2).

I will try to look at this patch tomorrow in time for the
pre2 release so we can get some further testing.
