Port Samba to VxWorks

Olaf Barthel has ported Samba 2.2.x to the Amiga with a good deal of 
success.  There's no fork() on Amiga either.

Olaf managed to get Samba to run on the Amiga by writing a library 
containing the missing functions, adapted to run on the Amiga OS.
