  Attempting to connct to https://bugzilla.samba.org
fails with a "not found" message.
  Conversely, connecting to the http: port produces
the proper message:
       bugzilla.samba.org only supports security 
       connections. You should be redirected 
       automatically. If not, click on this link

Ok, it's mis-spelled, but it's the right message (;-))
