I think, currently these options are no meaning and it's OK to go away.

I checked (most of) all wbinfo options and found these bugs. I myself
do not need these options available. The best way to do is, I think, 
that these options are removed.

At first I thought that we could manupulate the UNIX user entry
(shell, GCOS, etc.) generated by winbindd with these local user
options as usermod did and they would be useful.
