I don't know too, I may read this anywhere but forgot...

but I see it's different for different attributes, but const between different installations

| attributeSecurityGUID is NOT const it is the same for each object that
| belong to the same Security "group" that GUID is used to find all
| attributes that should get the same ACL, see the msdn description of
| this atribute.

I mean const between multiple installations of ads, not const for attributes
so it should not be initialized with a random value, (I known that we do not fill it with random
values currently:-)
