ok I do not know exactly what schemaIDGUID represents, it may simply be
the hole scham GUID.

attributeSecurityGUID is NOT const it is the same for each object that
belong to the same Security "group" that GUID is used to find all
attributes that should get the same ACL, see the msdn description of
this atribute.
