wbinfo -o cannot add users to UNIX groups

As far as I examined, "wbinfo -o" cannot add a UNIX user to a winbind
local group. Also a winbind local user cannot join to a UNIX local group.

Is this behavior is a design or bug?
If this is a design, why??

I think, "wbinfo -o" should recognize UNIX groups and a winbind local
user should be able to join to an UNIX local group.
