[PATCH] pam_winbind: error msg. for NT_STATUS_ERR_* which don't have mapped PAM errors

Part of the winbindd reply is the error_string element.  This string is
what I was thinking we should output, rather than strings hardcoded in
pam_winbind.so.  In any case, if you could please file a bug (you can
assign it to me), I'll try to get it tested and in.  (I am mostly
working on Samba4, so I'll really be hoping to tempt jerry to pick it
up, but at least it can't be lost on bugzilla, as it can in my inbox :-)
