A bug maybe; Write list access to Read only share; security = share?

This issue is the same as that I posted to bugzilla,

write list/read list/admin users do not work under "security = SHARE"

As I wrote there , at least Samba 2.2.3a (Samba included in Debign
Woody) works well.

This solution is acceptable, but I still think this is a bug, not a
design...
