talloc_free_children in samba4 talloc?

Volker,

ok, you've convinced me. Please apply your talloc_free_children()
patch, but don't put in your talloc_total_blocks_overall() change.

For talloc_total_blocks_overall(), I'd prefer you instead fix
talloc_total_blocks() to handle passing NULL, like many of the other
talloc calls do.

Also, please update talloc_guide.txt to add a description of
talloc_free_children().
