After reading the whole thread about password quality and cracklib, I added
externalized password protocol check yestoday. I didn't use the samba
protocol since I wanted to be able to provide more information to the
password quality checker, username, old passwords, etc.
The code is in last nights snapshot, I'll update the documentation later
today. There will also be a simple example.
