IPC$ entries not deleted from connections.tdb?

We are experiencing this issue with samba-3.0.11 and samba-3.0.13. When a 
win32 workstation is disconnecting all of his network drive from samba, IPC$ 
connections are not removed from the tdb.

Are you experiencing the same behaviour? If it's the case, we would need to 
remove every connection owned by an exiting samba child process from 
connections.tdb.
