Yup. The SamrGetDomPWInfo() call. I checked and we return
the Same thing as NT4 here. After chewing up the extra
context id's, the NTLMSSP AUTH negotiation in the rpc bind
succeeds and the user pw change via CTL+ALT+DEL works.

I'm know I'm being lazy here but anyone want to give me a
hint what multiple context id's on an rpc bind would be used for
in dce/rpc ? A Windows NT 4.0 DC includes response to both
transfer syntaxes defined by the 2 context id's in the bind.
We're only replying to the first right now.

cheers, jerry
