How to add users to a Samba4 server

With the latest samba4 code samldb comes to help, the ldif necessary to
create an account is v. simple:

dn: cn=username,cn=Users,dc=domain,dc=domain,dc=domain
objectclass: user
sAMAccountName: username

write this to a file and do an ldbadd
