Bug #1892: Update smbspool to use DEVICE_URI for authentication information

Hi, All!

Just wanted to make sure that someone has seen my Bug #1892
concerning authentication and the smbspool program; basically,
we made a change in CUPS which removes the authentication info
from argv[0], so smbspool needs to get it from the DEVICE_URI
environment variable instead.

Without this patch, it will be impossible to do authenticated
printing to Windows servers with CUPS and SAMBA...

(patch appears to apply against any recent version of SAMBA)
