Hi, John.
When we last talked about the Docs page, we discussed adding a
submission form of some sort whereby anyone in the Samba community could
review documentation and submit "patches." It later occurred to me that
we have this ability already in Bugzilla, where Samba branches have a
'doc' component. How about the following as an alternative solution:
I'll add a small blurb welcoming anyone to review Samba documentation on
samba.org/samba/docs/. I'll also include a set of instructions for
reporting errors or submitting doc patches through Bugzilla.
This seems to accomplish the same goal -- of calling on the Samba
community to help review documentation -- while making use of our
existing tools. What do you think?
Cheers,
