would smbd oplock be able to use new linux mechanism for handling leases

Series of patches just went in the early versions of 2.6.10-pre Linux
kernel for a new mechanism for handling nfs v4 server leases (which are
similar to our oplocks) in kernel.  Don't know the details but we should
think about whether it would be helpful to our oplocks (with minor
modifications) as well.
