openldap sync search perf improvement for samba DC

The following patch was just posted into OpenLDAP HEAD.  We've still got 
some testing to do with samba 3.0, but the gist of it is that 
ldap_search_s was only requesting one entry returned at a time, while the 
async version was allowing many entires.  The network performance hit was 
enormous, and an 8-second ldapsearch query (uses async) was taking 50 
seconds through samba (sync).
