Is this really needed?
Is it the case that the users requesting this feature requires it to be a
strict limitation that no two stations may log in using the same account
anywhere in the organisation, ever, or just that it should not be easy and
that it is sufficient that there is a limit on how much this can be abused
(once per DC in worst case in the non-replicated setup, practically much
less as the two are quite likely to talk to the same DC).
