probiélem profiles with utf8

HI,

I have a problem with profiles.

If the user don't have accent it create a good profiles and the user can
save there document but if the user have accent (ex : testé) they can't
save this document .

The profile don't work.

if i move ntuser.dat to ntuser.man it work but i want to use ntuser.dat
