Looking for smbfs from linux-2.4.18 that is patched for LFS

I'm trying to find a version of smbfs that will work on >2GB files for
my LFS-enabled linux-2.4.18.  CIFS works with >2GB files, but it is
too buggy to use.

I have looked for the patches, but one critical one eludes me:

   00-smbfs-2.4.18-codepage.patch.gz

This patch is referred to by everyone, but all links point to the same
defunct page.

Does anyone have a LFS patched version of smbfs that I can use with
linux-2.4.18?
