3.0.9 release plans for Monday, Nov 15

Folks,

We're planning a dot release for Monday.  The major bugs to
fix are

(a) bug in set_dos_filemode()
(b) seg fault when printing from windows9x clients

There's a couple of other very minor changes (e.g. i'll get the
docs correct this time)
