Control the priviledges of users from Samba

Hi,

I'd like to know if (and how) can I control the priviledges of users 
from Samba.

Here is my scenario :
I have users that need to use a scanner and so far the only way I found 
is to give administrative priviledges to those users.  I'd like to 
define a "profile" where those rights could be given without me having 
to define them per machine.
