[patch] logon hours support for LDAP

Hi list,

Here is a patch that allow storing logon hours in LDAP.
The missing part is the logic to test if a user is allowed to log in. I 
have the logic but it needs some cleanup.

I dont know how to deal with logon_divs and hours_len, maybe they should 
be defined somewhere else since it seems that they are fixed. Some 
cleanup is required concerning theses values I think.
