Is there a more powerful version of rpcclient?

The rpcclient from samba-tng I think was/is able to modify registry
keys.  We have the code in our tree too, but I'm not sure how
functional/accessible it is.

Jelmer was looking into remote registry things, and we certainly want
this to work.
