For clarity, note that the LDAPEXT working group is concluded.
The LDAPEXT list is just a convenient place to discuss LDAP
extensions, but all the works in progress discussed here are
independent submissions (whether Standard Track (and hence to
the IETF) or Informational/Experimental (and hence to the RFC
Editor)).

So, the more appropriate question would be s/working group/authors/.
