Problems with SAMBA 3.0.4 and sambaBadPasswordCount

There is a bug in 3.0.4 that prevents the bad password lockout from working.
Fixed in latest Subversion. You will not see each increment anyway, only if the
user is really locked out the changes are reflected to LDAP.
