QFS INFO level 0x105 response and EAs

I checked 3.0.5 source/include/smb.h and the rather smallish set of FS 
attr flags may be reasonable for Samba to return - there are defines for 
them and they mostly just point out things that samba does not support 
(but could someday).  I was worried that one might turn out to be support 
EAs or support symlinks or some such (although support reparse is 
apparently one of them)
