QFS INFO level 0x105 response and EAs

Samba 3.0.x returns slightly differently than expected on QFS INFO level 
0x105 (Query FS Attribute Info)

Samba does not seem to set flags indicating support for
- Persistent ACLs
- Volume Quotas
- FS is on Mounted device
The former two may be reasonable given the default configure options.

- Windows returns five unknown fs attributes 0x000080 and 0x000040 and 
0x040000 and 0x020000 and 0x010000 which probably are important :)


Also found cases where current Windows sends this before doing Trans2 
QPathInfo QueryAllEAs  (which is interesting that current clients still 
send)
