SAMBA_3_0_RELEASE tree syncd for 3.0.5rc1

Heads up everyone,

The SAMBA_3_0_RELEASE branch has been sync'd up in preparation for
3.0.5rc1 (to be released in the next day or so).

Once I get the WHATSNEW updated, i'll cut the first release
candidate free.  There will be a lot of new code (keytabs,
derferred opens, etc...) so we really need some thorough
(additional) testing on this.  Thanks.
